Ramsey played well, what do you expect him to do when his team are parking the bus sitting very deep for majority of the game?

I thought Ramsey was quite good in general

as 49 said, the tactics were stifling

Ramsey will not look out of place in Tony Pulis's West Brom.

Personally I think that some people on here don't have a clue about football .Ramsey played well today in a very average team. He showed a lot of energy and covered a lot of ground. Their best player today.

I haven't been his biggest fan for the last year but it's become fashionable by some to knock him even when he plays well .

This is why English players will never progress. You saw a player running around, putting himself about and covering ground and boooom...he had a good game!

He's crap, the Welsh Lee Cattermole.

The description above of Ramsey having a good game is exactly what Cattermole and players of his ilk do on a regular basis but get slated for because they're midtable/relegation battling midfielders. As Ramsey is.

All well and good blaming his average teammates but he doesn't look any better than those same midtable/championship footballers.

He's not even looked as good as Joe Allen this season or at the Euros. Never understood why Arsenal fans continue to hype him up.

. Ramsey is dreadful. All he does is run aimlessly on the pitch. With the ball, he is pants; there is no structure to his play, no technique; he scuff at almost every pass (see his "assist" for Kanu against Slovakia) .
Can't for the life of me see what Wenger sees in Rambo. Let's just hope the arrival of Xhaka will see him benched and eventually sold to Barca

I was looking forward to see the battle in midfield. But it's like he vanished for parts of the game. Xhaka has looked very good indeed. Great buy
