So a group of players who by and large would never ever be considered for positions that many England players have in the premier league, have just whacked Belgium and not only that but they played with poise and control and had a system, players played for each other and lets not forget they went behind but they didnt crumble did they.
That result (to me anyway) proves beyond doubt that England HAVE a mental problem, most of those Welsh players come from the same academies as the English players, most of those welsh players play in the premier league OR lower; so dont give me the premier league is the problem...no, wales blew that Myth away; to many games? No, wales blew THAT myth away too...their players play the same as the England players!
England have had great world class players, had foreign managers, English managers, England have played systems galore, stayed away form the public in tournos, they then mixed with the public...not one of these helped AT ALL!
Wales completely EXPLODED the English myth trotted out before, its not too many games, its not a lack of talented footballers, its not the premier league...no, its quite simply a mental block. How you get past that i dont know, i really dont.
Wales bust England Myths!

The biggest problem for england is trying to fit players into a team when there better, form players deserving a chance.
When you move rooney into a midfield position, just because he is rooney, what does that say to all the actual midfielders?
When you take Jack Wilshere, who played less than 90 mins in the whole season, but leave Danny drinkwater behind, what does that say?
Wales benefit from not having the embarassment of riches, but England ALWAYS waste those riches by picking players undeserving of a place in the team.
No team unity and despite what Hodgson said, no passion

Emre...absolutely spot on there. This english obssession with picking players based on reputation is utterly ridiculous.
Roy never ever ever had the balls to drop rooney. I hate this obssession with names in England. If drinkwater was welsh he would be part of the wales 11 and probably lauded for his performances...hes english so gets left behind and j wilshere who hasnt played all.season is included

Realistically if Roy wanted to play Rooney, it has to be up front. Like he did throughout the100% qualifying campaign.
Left us light in midfield with no link.

How many of these were involved in the 100% qualifying campaign?
Any player involved in qualifying deserved to be in the squad on merit.
How many of the qualifying players were unavailable for the finals due to injury?
Any of the qualifying players left out of the squad to allow Woy to fit in his favourites is down to Woy being a pr!ck.

I don't see the point you are trying to make?
Mine isnt bias, it's down to players in/out of form.....were any of the above in form?
You could add Bertrand to the list after some more thought
