He's had way too many chances. Today was given the role up front and once again offered nothing. Poor positioning, ball just gets stuck in midfield areas as Walcott is either out wide or nowhere to be seen.
Had a few chances which he once again fluffed.
Does anyone actually see anything in this guy apart from Wenger?
Walcott must go

More and more fans waking to the fact that he is an average player with a limited skill set, the best of which is pace, which he will soon lose due to age and injury...
this is the perfect time to sell him for good money and move on.
How some fans still defend him is beyond me.... he has had about 15 decent games at Arsenal in 10 years.
He has stolen a good living based on 5 or 6 good finishes at the right time for his career.
If Arsenal cannot do better than him, I despair.

Average player. Good pace but nothing to go with it. Doesn't have the crossing ability of a winger, not an out and out one anyway. Doesn't have the finishing ability to be a good striker either. He's just stuck in the middle.
Not been mismanaged, but not been able to develop one part of his game well enough. On his day, he can be a good player, but he is very inconsistent when he plays well.

Not long ago some on here telling us that pace is all what you need. It's ridiculous.

Gunners should probably trade Walcott before he gets injured again.

He had 3 good/very good years up to the injury against Spurs. This started when he was just 20 years old. As a teenager he was very inconsistent, but isn't that common?

The problem isn't that Walcott is inconsistent. The problem is how facking hopeless he looks when he's off form. And he spends far more time looking hopeless than looking decent. The truth is Walcott woudn't look out of place at Norwich. Hell, players like Redmond and Hoolahan would still make him look pony if he moved to Norwich. Just facking useless most of the time: and for £140k a week.
