Hardly realistic to think England will play 442 under Allardyce. He's almost never played a flat 442 formation.

Given the tone of your comment I thought you were implying that our group was so easy that the team you put down would have won it and beaten Iceland. I understood you to be criticising the system by suggesting that a much weaker England team selection with better coaching would've won our group and beaten Iceland.
