As a non Scottish, Scottish dwelling, Scotland and Old Firm fan - that was a mouthfull-
I think that had the Czechs buried their first half chances then the outcome and the media/fans reaction would have been a lot worse. In some ways Scotland were lucky as well as unlucky. First half Scotland were awful - one shot on goal.
Levein set his team up defensively which invites pressure. A lot of fans and media would prefer a more confident, direct, positive approach. Go for bust rather than defend for our/your lives and hope to nick one more goal than the opposition.
I think Levein invites criticism because of his approach that is seen as too negative.
Lets be honest - the Czechs are not very good - half the team they were 10 years ago.

If either of the OF (especially Celtic) had been robbed by two late penalty decisions then the country would once again be in meltdown.

I believe Ron Atkinson is available.
He'll provide a refereshing racist point of view that will compliment our sectarian tendencies rather well.

Get in Blakpool manager Ian Holloway . Probably on less tha Latrine but 10x the manager. A guy whose football philosophy is to score more goals than the opposition. I'll have dome of that

Levein looks like a sad old beachcomber, and the team play accordingly. Lets see how many of the eternally up themselves Tartan Army brave the elements tonight.

"Billy Reid and Billy Stark - Progressive managers"
Billy Reid is a great shout, he's got bags of experience - mostly gained at the bottom of one of the worst SPL leagues ever, before crashing triumphantly back to the First Division with about 2 points.
We're talking about the Scotland job, what job are you talking about?
