Some of you facking S celebrating and victim-shaming are no better than Trump supporters excusing his sexual assault of women. I realize consent can be tricky and perilous, but that wasn't demonstrated in the trial. A woman is guilty because she enjoys $ex? You can all fack off. Even Neanderthals would be ashamed to claim you as descendants.

Don't know if anyone has seen the programme 24 hours in police custody but there was a rape case featured in the last series.

That shows the 2 of them walking in to the hotel together then her returning outside to get something and then walking back in on her own, she looks steady enough to me.

I'll leave that there as well, hard to see why he was even held after the initial interview.
Neither side disputes these facts either.

Urban legends.
When I was younger there was one about a woman who put a rope up her backside that was yanked out to enhance the experience if you know what I mean and she crasps everywhere.
Then more recently there has been one the woman who would have one bloke and then want the second to "clean her out" orally before having a go himself as it really gets her going.
The point is they are supposed to be disgusting to normal people but it appears the urban legend has allegedly been tried out in this case. They should all be ashamed of themselves for such behaviour.

"Not guilty" is not the same as "She made it up". The case came down to definitions of consent, and whether the woman involved was too drunk to give that consent.
It raises some important issues which will no doubt get lost in the media frenzy. We all know that "no means no", but are there times when "yes" can also mean no? Can consent be withdrawn after the event?
Will this lead to men being told never to sleep with drunk girls? (If so, some people may never lose their virginity)

So it only matters that she had been drinking and not the 3 of them?

You idiot, OP. Evans career has been ruined because of her lies. She even said at the time she was looking to cash in on this case

The fact that the jury took under 3 hours to deliberate and acquit tells you all you need to know - the case should never have been brought, however, that doesn't change the fact that the whole case reflects badly on Ched Evans - even though he is not a rapist.
