Cameron Jerome has spoken.
He says what most supporters are feeling following relegation and subsequent sales of the teams top names.
From what the report indicates he was going to be sold anyway by McLeish and in the end he became another asset to help fill the cash void of dropping from the Premier League.
I have a lot of time for Cameron Jerome and his sentiments show a committed player who really did not want to leave but was shown the door anyway.
He is obviously not a lover of the present owners and does not trust their judgement.
For me at least, well said Cameron Jerome.

After watching Terry last night I think he needs to be replaced sooner rather than later.
Not by Dann of course but there are other players playing for top clubs who could fill that position...

OOJW, Dann is a good centre halve and is better than Johnson who has gone to wolves.
However i don't think he will be enough to save you this season, from what I have seen of Blackburn this season they look like the worst team I have seen in the premiership for some time and one defender isn't going to solve all of your problems.
You need somebody to put the ball in the back of the net, Jason Roberts isn't the answer.
Back on topic, as previously said I think we will miss Jerome and he goes with my blessing. He gave his all when asked to doa job by Mcliesh and didn't put in a transfer request and engineer a move out of the club.
Good luck Jerome.

Jerome has been a loyal servant to the club who did what he was told. He never ruffled feathers and put his head down and got on with it.
You cannot ask for more in a professional footballer. Top bloke.

Fair play to him. Would have been easy for him to slag the club off now he's back in the prem but he's actually talking sense. Not blessed with the most talent but always gave his all and he never stood a chance last season with our tactics. Wish him well and will give him a clap next time he's down blues.

Fair comment
Couldnt hit a barn door with Banjo at theend of his spell with us but always gave 100% every single game, stayed away from the wrong type of publicity, role model on how to 'behave' as a footballer.
Good luck to the lad
At least he didnt have a go at the club like Bowyer has been doing on SSN but then Cameron isnt that sort of bloke, he is a decent human being first and foremost, a quality that will serve him well long after he has left the world of football.

He is a top bloke, commited player who is not greedy, pitty he is gone as used as a support Striker to create space for a partner or someone to throw on after 60-70mins he would always had been usefull.
Used as a lone Striker he would not had been good enough, especially the way Eck played his 4,5,1
He would do well to create space at Stoke with either Jones or Crouch.

Jerome also goes on to say we have a good chance of Promotion, and indeed he is right i think we are just a decent player for upfront, midfield, and defence away from a good side, maybe 1-2 more boddies for cover.
Loan/Bring in 2 decent midfield say Koumass and Guthrie or Aaron Ramsey on loan would be class.
Loan/Bring in 1-2 Strikers (depends on Zigics fitness and commitment)
Loan/Bring in 1-2 defenders and we are sorted i recon.

I'm gonna miss jerome told him so on twitter about tactics etc too! He was nice enough to give me a re-tweet and a reply and agreed with me!
But on the other subject......what has bowyer been saying on sky because I take it he was bigging up the david's cos they're buzzing with themselves on twitter!!

Never had a problem with Jerome as far as his work rate and proffesionlism he always had time for the fans, so did some others like Tiny Taylor, Larsson, Forsell, Bowyer, Hart, Foster and Carr.
Ridgewell and Johnson with fans they was ok, but not as open or fan friendly as the above. Kapo was ok aswell.
Not like McFadden and a few others who never had much time for the fans.

well said cj..
but i can ask for alot more of a pro footballer - as stated somewhere above - one is to be a good footballer - as for the rest of it doesn't matter - they all have nothing to do with real life anymore..
