Think it's something to do with radio waves and they don't have the proper equipment in place, sounds quite technical but surley they had the proper facilities in Upton Pk so the club should know what's required.

Not even that technical - it just seems a lack of will to finance it.

We had hand held radios on ships that work from fwd to aft and work through the steel structure of the whole ship and all compartments inbetween.

They were that good we even had conversations from other ships half way across the dockyard using the same channel.

This really isn't rocket science!

Oh yeah, that makes it even worse from their perspective, if it's the case of a few quid, sure they got a feckign stadium for free

I can't help but feel messrs Brady, Sullivan and Gold are at fault here, they seem to have a default fallback that it's nothing to do with them as they don't own the ground but happy to take the cash they're racking in.

I'm sure the ownership would not refuse financial assistance if it were offered!
