Leeds United could recall midfielder Pablo Hernandez after he missed the last two games with a dead leg.
Full-back Lewie Coyle is facing up to 12 weeks out after suffering a knee injury in the EFL Cup win over Norwich on Tuesday.
Burton Albion boss Nigel Clough has no new injury or suspension concerns.
The Brewers, who are yet to win away from home in the league this season, have striker Stuart Beavon available after illness.

Well with this tough run of fixtures coming we have left ourselves in the best position we could to attack them.

Norwich next and they are on a big downer after today and Tuesday. Rotherham we can beat and Newcastle at home is winnable.
We just need to keep it tight at the back and let the front guys grab a goal.
