Heading through to Edinburgh on Saturday for my first visit to the Rugby. Staying near Edinburgh castle and wondering if anyone has any good pub/restaurant recommendations? There is a fanzone thing at Murrayfield before the game which we might try to get along to. Looks like a decent day out.

Plenty of eating places in Edinburgh. Pick anything you like.
Get out to the ground nice and early. Go to the Roseburn bar for an hour and then round to the fan zone (just ten minutes walk from the pub to the stadium).
Cracking pub..can be a wee bit heartsy I think but the rugby crowd take over on match days. Great atmospher, plenty of beers and a good selection of other drinks. Might need to queue if you leave it too late but usually not for long.
