Paul Lambert is still waiting for his first win as Wolves boss, after a draw and a defeat in his two games in charge
BBC coverage
How to follow:
BBC Radio 5 live sports extra, BBC Radio London, BBC WM; live text commentary on the BBC Sport website
QPR midfielder Massimo Luongo is available to return after illness, but defender Steven Caulker (hip) is out.
Forward Jamie Mackie (ankle) remains sidelined for Rangers, who have won one of their last five league games.
Wolves have defender Danny Batth available again after suspension as they look to end a run of nine Championship games without a win.
Nouha Dicko could start up front after impressing off the bench in the 2-0 defeat by Sheffield Wednesday.
Mike Williamson (glute), Jordan Graham and Michal Zyro (both knee) are long-term absentees.
QPR manager Ian Holloway told BBC Radio London:
"The players were all disappointed in the way it [Saturday's 3-0 defeat at Ipswich] finished but that is football and life.
"I'm looking at reactions and I want people to be positive no matter what. That is where the manager earns his money, helping them through bad results and supporting them.
"It is a game of illusions in the Championship now, that we are all going to get promoted. Only three teams can get promoted and all the others are going to be disappointed.
"We have got to work our way [to the Premier League] again and that is what I want our lads to understand. Once they thrive our fans will see that and come along with a fresh attitude."
Match facts
QPR have won only one of their last 12 home league games against Wolves, though eight of these have ended level (L3).

QPR's Tjaronn Chery has created eight more chances than any other player in the Championship this season (55).
Wolves have won none of their last nine league matches (D3 L6).
Rangers have only managed to score more than one home goal on one occasion in their last eight league matches at Loftus Road - in Ian Holloway's first match in charge vs Norwich.

Williamson will have taken £2m from the club by the time his contract is torn up.
That's £4m per game.

Absolute joke.
That's three sending offs that have cost me twelve points. Newcastle would have drawn 1-1 and Leeds would have drawn 2-2 (both certs) but more likely that Brighton will win 2-0 against ten men, which everybody has got.
Pity I'm not a Liberal as I could blame Trump.

Had a draw tonight personally but yep, early sending off reduces that chance

And now I am reading that it was never a sending off or a penalty - ball hit him at 500mph from a yard or something.

The beauty of the Championship, its complete shatness.

And there it is. Finished 2-0 and only because of the red card. Worst league in the universe and I look forward to Brighton going up and then going back down again with 5 points, never to return.

Might as well change the game to 'Red card challenge' with bonus points for any referee demoted as punishment the following week.
Watch the same thing happen over the next week whereby 1-1 and 2-2 does not occur because of a dire referee and the the game ends up 2-0 or 0-2.
PS: Wolves heading for a hammering today.
