So, Daniel is still in Liverpool, still crocked. I am a supporter of his; I believe he has got an important part to play for the remainder of the season and beyond. JK has said no one is being sold in January - bar Sakho if he can (big mistake) - and that Daniel is still part of his plans, his team.
But, how many games this season has he been ruled out to injury? I sometimes think you need the patience of Joab with him, he must be near or over the 50% number of games missed.
"Dear Daniel
Please get better soon. Very soon. Now would be nice. Yesterday would be even better."
Yours faithfully etc.,

He's not missed that many this season.
We have had one game a week though mainly, so I wouldn't expect him to miss many.
No way his body will cope with a season in Europe, so next season if he's still here I would expect him to miss more, but then we will need a bigger squad anyway.

We don't need him fit for every game. He's not the only player in the squad who scores goals anymore.
It would be irresponsible to play a centre forward in 60+ games.

great move from us not retaining him...
two problems with DS...one footed & continually injured

I'll gladly use him when fit, no point selling him is there??

He wouldn't get in your starting 11 anyway at the moment even if he was fit

He's only been out ten days but you're right he is next in line if any of the front three are out although Origi will be pushing him.
Daniel Sturridge is fine, will get plenty of games over the coming 10 weeks and will no doubt score goals because that's what he does.
He was our top scorer last season!

Sturridge will stay
Sakho needs to go. He's proved to JK that he has an attitude problem and I still can't figure out why he was taking a fat burner as a professional footballer
