He wasn't fit for Arsenal on the opening day of the season off the top of my head.
As Liverpool fans can see when competing at a higher level he is more of a liability than asset. Still talented but his decision making in the big moments is poor and he is injured like all the time.

He's not missed that many this season.
We have had one game a week though mainly, so I wouldn't expect him to miss many.
No way his body will cope with a season in Europe, so next season if he's still here I would expect him to miss more, but then we will need a bigger squad anyway.
We don't need him fit for every game. He's not the only player in the squad who scores goals anymore.
It would be irresponsible to play a centre forward in 60+ games.

He wouldn't get in your starting 11 anyway at the moment even if he was fit
He's only been out ten days but you're right he is next in line if any of the front three are out although Origi will be pushing him.
Daniel Sturridge is fine, will get plenty of games over the coming 10 weeks and will no doubt score goals because that's what he does.
He was our top scorer last season!

Sakho needs to go. He's proved to JK that he has an attitude problem and I still can't figure out why he was taking a fat burner as a professional footballer
