Virat having a right old whinge but does he have a point?
England have in the past spent Christmas in Australia, SA and West Indies but for the India tour they have managed to get a 25 day break.
Would England allow a team to take time off for Ramadan or Divali (I know its not in summer) during there summer series hosting? Nope
England have done well to get this break so it is the BCCI who he should vent this anger with for allowing the break to happen.

lets get this straight when England play Australia they are in the middle of the test series. we play over Christmas and new year.. so its pointless going home. There is a break after the test series.. if India didn't want England to go home. They should have made the fixtures of the test series over Christmas and new year!

Lets be honest a 25 day break is way too much. I would have thought 10-14 days would have been enough to go back home and enjoy Christmas and the New year.

Very sad news

I think kohli has a point, and rather than blaming ecb, we should be blaming bcci for this. Last time when India went to aus they had to play cricket for 5 months continuously. They can be more firm in restricting on how many matches we should be playing.

england have already been in Bangladesh..what more do India want? England to be away from home for 6 months? anyway England play more cricket then anyone else. people need to stop whining.
