Rangers have finally paid their outstanding legal bill of £35,000 which with legal fees and court costs will total £40,101 after the money was telegraphed this morning.
In court the judge remarked that it was an unusual case to come before the courts and the lawyer for the firm chasing the debt stated that there was a worry of solvency !!!
If there is a worry as a result of a comparatively small bill then what does the future hold?
Has Craig Whyte got the money, is he just unwilling to spend it or is there something more sinister in store for Rangers fans?
Does he plan to take the club into administration or liquidation?
Worrying times down Ibrox way.
IS THIS THE BEGINNING OF THE END?

---oo---
Only if Allen McKnight is in his 80s.
There may be others but I'm not so keen as you to draw up a comprehensive list of Irish players by religion. Background isn't important.

then it must all have been a misunderstanding then.
You would think after Bertie they would have wanted more.
But there you go.... its a wee mystery...

Yes Strachan did try and get him but he rejected us,to join rangers

Thankfully
I have never felt a need to check out how many players we have signed from a certain country or religion as it makes no difference. When they pull on the hoops they get my full support.
I would be embarrassed if my own support booed their own players for blessing themselves.
However getting back to the article I agree with Dos Dados some of our side would read between the lines for the same conclusion whether Rangers paid it or not! Let's be honest for that amount all the debt recovery would need to do is take 2 company cars off them.

Just remember,Celtic HAVE and NEVER will judge any player because of their background

I'm sure Mark Walters would disagree!

That was an embarrassing moment in Scottish football. Celtic never refused to sign a black player it was the fans being so backwards. i remember the game well. It was the first OF game my dad took me to and I couldn't understand why bananas were being thrown.
What Rangers fans fail to remember is they were just as guilty. they also threw bananas. Thankfully MOST of our country has grown up from that sort of thing.
Although by listening to the Rangers fans before the Dundee Utd match it isn't a minority singing No Surrender.
