I would say

That this is what happens when you allow a silly tw4t who couldn't even tell the difference between two black lads to carry on officiating top level games, but within 24 hours of Donald Trump's inauguration I guess some times we have to just hold our hands up and say the day belongs to the silly tw4ts of the world.

Truly gutting result, thought we were going to take a licking today, then at 2-0 I thought we'd come away with nothing but three points...

Sergio badly needs a goal, but other than that his work rate was unreal, same extends to KDB. Silva was purring, and Sane is rapidly establishing himself as a more favourable option to Sterling, for me. The work rate and intensity in their half looked like what a Guardiola team should like like for the first time since maybe that second half against Barca.

Zab was a hero, about as good a performance as we'll get out of him these days I think, City legend. But as 5hite as the non-decision was on the penalty, we shouldn't be allowing sides to bring it down the other end and bag so easily. I can't think of a solution that'll resolve this issue before May, but at the same time I'm not paid to so hopefully Pep can!

Shame for Jesus, would have been the perfect introduction.

Anyway onwards and upwards blue boys, think we could be in for a few months of Kevin Keegan you score 3 we'll score 4, but at least we'll see a few goals on the way (Stuart Pearce...)

Which two penalties do you believe you should have had?

Not clutching at straws, on performance we deserved nothing. I am delighted. What I am highiighting is myopic whingeing when you had plenty of decisions go your way too.

Bookings make a difference, whether you believe so or not. We got a couple within the first 10/15 minutes. There were about three on Rose that went unpunished. Dembele. Walker. Once a player is in the book he cannot dive in. You almost got carte blanche to do so.

One of your goals the ref let two fouls go directly before it.

Letter of the law Sane's goal was handball. Hand in front of his body and used it to block a clearance.

Stop whining and put the blame where it lies - you not being able to punish a team despite dominating the game

I am putting the blame where it lies, we get that penalty and red card do you think you would still have drawn.

Mike dean has spoiled you lot.

Dont know...what is your penalty conversion rate this season? Not great is it, no guarantee.

If you had your first ruled out for handball you would not have taken the lead, and probably would not have got your 2nd shortly after.

My Aunt does not have bollix though

Thing is everyone agreees it was ball to hand

Ball to hand does not mean it is not handball.

Your hand has to be in a natural position

His hand was in front of him, and it stopped the clearance. I doubt the referee saw it, but if he did I imagine he would have disallowed it.

can you show me the rule where your hand has to be in a 'natural position'?

And our penalty conversion rate is 100% when Yaya takes them. He's scored every single time he's taken a penalty for City and that's 10 or 11 times.

Why do I have to clutch at straws? I did not think we deserved a point, yet we have one.

I just find the denial that you had plenty go your way too amusing

There is a great invention called Google....

I simply typed in 'handball natural position', et voila

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2284201/GRAHAM-POLL--The-Official-Line-The-new-handball-rule-explained-Newcastle-got-lucky-Fox-penalty.html

Graham Poll explains the guidance they get...

"Regarding handball they now ask the referee to consider the proximity of the potential offender to the person last playing the ball, the speed of the ball and importantly whether the offender's arms are in a natural or unnatural position.

So the question of intent is now, did the offender deliberately place his arms in an unnatural position to increase the chances of the ball hitting him?

If the answer to that is yes then it is correct to penalise that player even though it used to be argued that was ball to hand."

This is why a penalty is given when a player lunges and his arm is in the air and is hit. Although technically ball to hand, his decision to lunge puts his hand in the path of the ball.

This is why Sterling had a penalty given against him last season at yours.

Harsh, but there you go
