Anyone play or has played these games?
I love the look of the games
But...
The difficulty would ruin my life

Ive played DS and BB. I had more spare time when i was playing DS(no kids or a gf) so I nearly finished it and enjoyed it thoroughly. I bought BB last year to give it a shot but with limited time to play it and long spaces between i kept forgetting the layouts(you need to memroise the shortcuts) and the moves which resulted in me giving up pretty quickly.
If I had the time though I think I would have got just as much enjoyment out of it.
If you have the spare time and can devote to it I would jump right in.

Took me about 3 months longer than the likes of Amiga and Simon as I wasn't playing it all the time.
Best part of the game- the boss battles. Utterly brilliant, clever designs. Bloodborne has a whole range of other dungeons included seperate to the main game so has loads of content.
I'd pick ds3 over BB I think. Both are superb examples of a combat based rpg. Don't think I've played anything that comes close in combat mechanics.

Read up a little on nioh. Seems like there completely ripped off ds, but done it at such a good standard they've improved on some aspects, so it looks like a very, very good game indeed.

Its certainly a bit of a strange one Baz especially since its been in developement for over 10 years and argueably Demon/Dark/Blood borrow from Ninja Gaiden which was created by the Nioh team. Very much the TR vs UC arguement. At the end of the day everyone wins.
Also Nioh seems to do enough to differentiate from Soulsbourne.

Simon, even if it's a complete rip off I won't care as long as it does it as well. And it sounds like it does for the most part.
The one bit I've read it doesn't hold up in is boss fights- souks always was relatively fair when you worked out how to beat then, but nioh apparently steps it up to unfair levels. It's definately on my list now though...

All the previous work that had been done was scrapped and they started from scratch when Team Ninja came in around 2012.
It's a definite Souls rip off.
