Season ticket refund deadline

Yes april 2017.

It's so that you're eligible for the refund should it need to be paid out.

People are annoyed that there is a really short window to complete and return this form. No one seems to have actually received it yet.

Just seen on Twitter someone says they've rang the club and been told the club are only going to send out the forms once playoffs are determined and will extend the deadline.

Let's hope it was just stupid planning and poor communication rather than something malicious.

I didn't pay particular attention to the refund offer, my attitude has always been if I end up getting one then it's a bonus. I've renewed the other day based on wanting to attend next season regardless of league, refunds or pretty much any other criteria.

I suspect its poor communication as much as anything, they need to update the webpages to provide clearer guidance - especially if fielding phone calls from different fans.

The bad planning with these forms makes me think that they had no real expectation of us being in the playoff chase at this stage in the season.

43, just lucky someone was eagle eyed or wouldn't be surprised if after April 30 club said "well, you did know about it"

Lets just hope we're in the top 6 so all talk and worries about getting a refund are redundant.

I'd take a day out at Wembley (and a win) over any refund.

I haven;t received a copy of this communication, but I'll be getting my application in. Funnily enough, this need to apply is a change to the conditions they originally set, which were never enforceable by law anyway
