What's happened to the LUTV big match preview with Eddie and Thom? Enjoyed listening to these before games last season. They were usually done in 3 parts over the week before a game. No build up to tomorrow's win uhhh I mean game at Bolton from them at all.

They said you'd receive an email regarding accounts and and what not. Assuming direct debits have just halted.
Yeah, they battered Forest to be fair and had a goal unfairly ruled out, still lost, but forest struggled

Doha, as you are overseas games will be free to you?

The club have been a bit tricky in their wording on this.

So LUTV is free for everyone (although you have to make an account) on non match days. It's 99p a week to get access to matchday radio. So more or less the same price as it was before for less content (as highlights etc. are all free now)
For overseas fans, all games that aren't live on Sky will be broadcast on a pay per view basis - but they haven't said what price that will be yet.

Ahh yeah so we'd be paying about 3/4 quid a month anyways. Clever sods.
The streaming is done via Ifollow which is on facebook I believe

Like I said have not heard anything and have no idea how it is going to work. Reckon its going to cost more - £5 (my guess) per view 36 games a season (presuming 10 are on sky) - £180 a year, but at least that is watching the games rather than listening. I also presumed that we will be able to pay per view away games.
Sean does that mean you have to be on facebook to be able to stream the games?

I would have thought so yeah. Its a FL initiative and its what Leeds are involved in, Ifollow is designed to give better coverage to fans around the world.

My understanding is that Leeds opted out of ifollow.
I downloaded the new app (hard to find in the Apple Store) and watched the Oxfird game live for free. Poor commentary but otherwise good quality viewing.
I have also heard the £5 per game amount even for overseas fans but it is not clear to me whether e dry game will be viewable or whether it will just be audible.

PS Good news is that 3 of first 4 games are on tv, at least here in USA on espn 3, a streaming channel.

I'm in UK for first 3 games and have tickets for the Port Vale and Preston games. First games in 3 years, so really chuffed. Sunderland game will be on BEIN when I get back. After that we will have to wait and see.

On Twitter I asked Thom Kirwin if they were doing the desk interviews with Eddie previewing the match and he just replied "at the moment no but that may change". I also notice no press conference Pre-match, i hope they do not drop that as its important to get feedback when things do not go well.
I am really mixed up with whats happening with LUTV. I have had no email and i presume my direct debit has stopped. I have not stopped it. I don't know whether to resubscribe for todays match. Probably just watch it on Sky muted with Radio Leeds commentary.
