6 spots for Champions League!

Not sure people would really love a competition where Real Madrid play Qarabag, Legia Warsaw and Anderlecht to get to the final, while Bayern play Santa Coloma, Rijeka and Chelsea.

I am sure the people wanting a Champions only competition have been watching games from the champions only section of qualifying...

The CL is boring with minnows in it because they just get smashed by the likes of Bayern and concede 10 over 2 legs.

Instead of letting rubbish teams in just because they won their crapppy league, 5th place in the PL should be in as they would not get smashed by the likes of Bayern and would not concede like 10 goals over 2 legs.

The fact that the team that lost 10-2 over 2 legs also smashed a champion 6-0 shows how massive the gap is between the champions of crap leagues is to the champions of the top league, highlighting how ridiculous a champions only competition would be.

Yeah that place should go to 5th in the PL, as they would not concede 10 over two legs to the likes of Bayern.

The performance of English teams in recent years doesn't indicate there should be 6 places for English clubs.
I fully expect at least two of this seasons representatives to be out by the end of the group stage.

Hello if they had a non-champions only tournament where the champions of say Germany played a team around 4th or 5th from another top league do you think it would be close or do you think the Champions from Germany would put 10 past them over two legs (that's what they'd do to a champion of a smaller league, hypothetically). Of course there's no way of knowing either way but I think the Prem team would win, with ease goodbye
