Gareth Bale

So the tabloid gossips in Spain are suggesting Real will dispose of Gareth next summer. My questions to my fellow Spurs fans are

a) - would you want him back at Tottenham?
b) - would he get in to our best starting 11 and if so replacing who?

Would 100% take Bale back any day of the week. Would be a huge signing and major positive going into the new season with the new stafkum. I don't understand Spurs fans not wanting a player of this quality back at our club. About time we start winning stuff and Gareth bale in the team will certainly help us achieve that.

How would bale help us achieve that when he spends 3/4 of a season injured?

If he can’t handle the rigours of football in a easy less physical league that has great weather then would he be able do it over here now?

Think some need to stop seeing the bale we had and see the bale he is now.

A) No. Never.
B) Irrelevant because my answer to A was no.

I`d take him back injuries or no injuries, he`ll get fit eventually, but not at the expense of any of our other top players (except Rose perhaps).

It won`t happen though, for reasons already mentioned, wages, cost etc.

I`d hate to see him lining up for another PL club though, he`ll probably end up in Manchester.

Having said that, maybe Levy has something up his sleeve, Bale would be a sponsors dream heading into the new stadium.

My thinking too...a marquee signing to open WHL with we'd make any fee back in sponsorship and shirt sales..

Which is why Utd will buy him. Plus Jose has to spend loads of cash or he'll leave and Ed thinks he's playing with a panini sticker book. Like flies to sheite we are.
