Just read that scoom are looking to maybe put in a Β£50 mill bid for Rose <yikes). Now this will be good for us as I believe we have a good sell on clause but Β£50 mill for Rose? the world is out of control

I doubt it’s going to be 50 mill upfront, therefore we might get between three to four million upfront with the rest of the payment down the line
