This we are the biggest club by far is correct but its all United fans go on about half the time, It just sounds of desperation and arrogance.

It's insecurity.

Back when United had Fergie you'd very rarely hear any United fan say things like "biggest club in the world". Everyone just knew and accepted it, and United fans didn't need to prove it.

These days United and United fans are a parody of their former selves. You won't see an article on here where an insecure United fan doesn't bring it up

be jealous off but i thought in general there fans were actually relatively humble (compared to what Pool or Spurs fans would be anyway. Fast forward to the present day and there's literally nothing about them worth being jealous about yet everyone apparently is

Why are you generalising it to make it sound like every United fan under the sun is at it?

I think the only team and bunch of fans you can genuinely generalise about is Arsenal as they're all 's pretty much.
