You mean you don't like him?

I think he would re focus & make him a better player / man. Some players need to be given more responsibility & maybe just maybe it would be a great move.

I like him, but im not in any way blind to the fact that installing him as captain would be terrible.

If captain is so important (which by the way it isn’t) then there is no way I’d give it to someone who won’t settle and focus unless he gets to be it.

Incidentally, Leaders lead. They don’t need an armband to it and not having one does not mean players don’t step up.

Do you have any complaints about Pontus? Do you not like him in the team? Is the team better with him or with out him?

He is without doubt the best CB we have & if, I said if, it could improve him in any way, then why not?

I think Cooper should keep it till the end off season,(players put him there!) and the new man in charge should decide whether or not he is good enough or if he has someone else in mind!..

You never know, he might have other things in his thoughts come the end off season, like maybe, other players!..

He makes a lot of mistakes. He is our best CB, but Bartley made him look better than i am starting to believe he was.

Cooper been better than him this season

A couple, like mike said, Bartley was better than him last year and Cooper is better than him this year, but he fistbumps the crowd so he gets away with been the weaker of our centrebacks

Nope I don’t not like him... that’s a double negative by the way, I’m fine with him, he is a good defender and more than capeable for this league

Better, but out of our current best back four he is probably the one we would miss the least if he was injured long term.
