Coops has not helped us not 1 jot as captain, been sheite. Pontus is the man for me.

Speaks volumes that we don't have good candidates. We lost 2 good captains in the summer in Bartley and Green. Both have the temperament and discipline that a good leader should have. We are lacking that majorly this year.

For me a strong captain is vital. Why do companies have mangers, team leaders? They are there to take responsibility, to calm things down, to motivate, to inspire, To make tactical decisions. If they are not needed why does every team have?
