This time over Maurizio Sarri's €8m release clause, Napoli wanted the clause paid but with Ancelotti waiting in the wings to take over...Napoli will have to sack Sarri therefore completely voiding the clause amd saving Chelsea €8m which will be paid to Conte in compensation.
Not bad from Marina this time around, Theres no point in paying the money unless it's absolutely necessary.
Im looking forward to see Sarri implementing an attacking philosophy and although we may not win a title in the short term im positive he will lay the foundations for our medium to long term future playing attacking football.
