Medical evidence compiled by Linkoping Uni for Uefa and acknowledged by leading managers highlighted that PL players 4x more likely to suffer injury in March, April, May than in those leagues which have a mid-season break. Important that clubs don't fly off for friendlies.

Should limit squad sizes now then, no need for all these extra guys now that the top players will be injured less.

That loan farm thing Chelsea do is terrible for football as a whole.

That's why Belgium will win the world cup this year and England can't. Because the Belgish league get a winter break, so all of their players are fresh for the world cup. English players don't get a winter break so will be tired.

Half of the Belgium national squad play in fking England anyway!

Courtois, Kompany, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Fellaini, De Bryune, Hazard, Lukaku, Chadli etc are all the one's off the top of my head. That doesn't include Benteke either and even Batshuayi. That's over half of the 23 man squad.

he also claimed the list of 11 players he gives is "over half" of the Belgium squad, when, in fact it is LESS than half of the 23 person squad.
