Afternoon guys
I posted an article below about how I was looking to lose weight. I'm happy to say I've done very well and I can see abs My diet is fantastic too and I've kept it up for a year to the point where it is habit and I don't crave or want unhealthy foods.
In my training I have put on a bit of muscle, but I'm looking to take it to the next level. Does anyone have any decent workouts I can follow? Either using gym equipment or body weight exercises.
I'm a keen runner and intend to keep that going, but I want to also put on a bit of muscle.
Thanks in advance

Guinness, ketamine and painkillers are my recommendation.

Compound exercises (squats, deadlifts, bench press etc) will keep the fat off you whilst building muscle. You don’t necessarily have to eat like a horse to put muscle on though so don’t feel the need to go crazy with the diet. How many calories are you eating per day and do you track your macros?
