Many a team that could have won the Premier League have failed because they had a second rate keeper, we we were very Lucky we had one of the best in the World in Kasper to help us win it.

Don't dislike him i don't think is anywhere near as good as everyone thinks he is its only my opinion as a former goalkeeper.
Keller played for his country so your argument makes you sound bitter and twisted saying they have never one the premier league its like be saying well Kasper never won the world cup.
Players like Kante and Marhez have moved to get champions league football why hasn't kasper?

Kaspers still playing for his country, and has won the prem with City. and played in the Champions League with City

btw Im not saying he is better than Banks/ Shilton.
Banks won the world cup , but he never played at a BIG club. Shilts played more for England than any other player. He never played for a BIG club ( no disresoect to Forest) But he won the top flight and European Cup with Forest and didn't do bad at Leicester, Stoke,Forest , Southampton or Derby.
I.d put Kasper on a par with Flowers ( and he won the prem ith Blackburn ) and never played for a BiG club. Wallo was just a legend.

So I don't get your ' big club never came in for him ' argument.

I never expected New to be anything other than unhappy about this; he's had about 8 seasons now to not rate Kasper, in which time he's won the league, put in worldie performances in the Champions League and been his country's best player as the reached the 2nd round of the World Cup. I don't think he's going to change his mind now.

But this thread isn't about Nev. It's about Kasper signing a new 5-year deal with us. And I'm very happy about that.
