It's surely a mixture of both. It doesn't have to be one or the other. City proved that last year.

That degree of yours is nothing more than a piece of paper confirming that you are well TRAINED in a particular, not EDUCATED. There's a difference.

I don't have a degree. So no idea what you are on about.

I just happen to be educated.

Also, by the time you are 40 your legs will have gone and you won't be able to do your paper round.

Then you will have to sponge off the Government.

Do yourself a favour, stay in school and get a propper job.

What's English got to do with a basic concept?

Point is, the government doesn't have money. The money the government's coffer is the people's money. My money. Your money. It aint sponging if it was yours to begin with.
