Before I go on to say what I heard last night, credit where credit is due.
Rangers deserved to win on Sunday as you looked like the only team who wanted to win in the second half and gave us a right going over in the second 45 mins on Sunday.
I'm not sure if what I'm repeating is true or not but if it is then I believe it is a great bit of buisness done by your club.
I've heard, from a lawyer, who works in Ibrox, that Rangers will go into adminstration in November and take the 15 point hit ( no relegation as Gretna weren't relegated) as Rangers hope to be more than 4 points ahead with 3 old firm games to make up the difference.
Once this has happened the 50mil ( or whatever it is) will be wiped and Whyte will sell the club. I've heard to a consortinum who previsouly tried to buy the club. This will result in Rangers having no debt and possibly 20 mil in the bank by Jan to buy in the Jan transfer window and will not need to sell off any players.
As I said I'm not sure if it's true or not but if it is, then it will have worked out well for Rangers.

I don't think it could work like that to be honest. HMRC would want their money no matter what and I cannot see us reaching an agreement on the debt with them so quickly.
If administration was required, I think we'd be in it for a while as Whyte haggled over whether it was 10p to every £1 or 11p (the figures are just for argument Kerrydale accountants).

PS this could still run for years yet - appeals, etc can go all the way to European courts...

Don't think any courts outside the UK have jurisdiction on our tax affairs.
Especially with that t!t Osbourne in charge.

So we are going to go into administarion for a tax case that we havent even lost yet aye that makes sense. Craig Whyte has made it clear that he thinks there is a good chance of us winning the tax case ot at least reducing it significantly, he wouldn't have bought the club if he didn't think he could win it.
