So obviously a lot of the conversation I'm the footballing world has been focused on "spygate" but I think it's worth reminding these people that, aside from this story, we just demolished Derby, doing the double over a team that usually get the better of us, and are sitting top of the league. With West Brom and Norwich playing today we will gain ground on someone, and Sheffield United have a tough game against QPR.
We have given ourselves the best possible position to get promoted. It is entirely in our hands, and we have to grab it. I'm looking at 7-9 points from the next three games, all of them tough.
This is the best I've ever felt about Leeds, granted in the shortish time I've been supporting them, and everytime we win I come away from the game so pumped and energised. Last night was unreal given all the stuff going on off the pitch beforehand. We would have crumbled under the pressure last season or the season before that. It also makes me feel so glad that the lads went out there and did it for Harj, and everyone else we've lost in the last year.
So let's focus on a superb performance from the lads, and many more like it to come before the end of the season.

Maybe it's me being a pesimistic old b,tard but I don't think we were amazing all over the park..Too many mis-placed passes and I think most of them came from Ayling.

Ayling did miss place a lot of passes, but we were excellent all over the park. Too fit, fast, sharp and good for them.

Yes the two defeats were just unlucky in my view. We’d have beaten Forest with 11 men and the luck was with them - they should have had a player sent off before Phillips went as well.
Hull just got lucky and caught us on a day when nothing we did worked. 72% possession and 22 shots to their 9 tells the story.
However Hull have won a few lately and might yet do us a few favours before the season ends.

Perhaps there's a good reason that people point out faults. Perhaps those people are perfectionists and you really should listen to me...I mean them.

If any team can feck it up from here, it's Leeds.

I think Derby are actually the perennial championship bottlers.
