Sarri, another manager in a long line of managers going to war with the squad.
this never turns out well. Sarri wasnt wrong in his assesment, but the players never shoulder the blame. Seems inevitable at the moment.
I personally want sarri to remain, we only need to add goals to the team, once we do that we are in a really good spot.
I personally want to see Sarri given Klopp time to build a squad, the board have given some good signals in giving him Higuain, previoulsy rejected under Conte. I want the club to ship out the following and quickly
Willian, alonso, Cahill, Drinkwater, Moses Giroud, Morata, Barkley,
I also think that Hazard leaving for big money might be good in the long term for Chelsea as he keeps flirting with madrid, playing a will i wont i game with the press, its quite frankly annoying.
This should give Sarri ample funds along with the sale of the players on loan who will never play for the club to allow him to start the rebuild. however a rebuild will also need a smattering of youth, RLC CHO and ampadu should be fairly regular players in the squad and Reece James is tearing up the Championnship and probably deserves a shot as well. This HAS to happen to build something.

Maybe he's tried the 'in-house' approach and clearly didn't have much of an effect. So as a last resort he's gone public with his views.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
But then why keep picking the same players? It's bollox that he doesn't have alternatives/options. He does!
IMO If a player knows he is safe from being dropped no matter how badly he plays, then there's no motivation possible there.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Fair point, this is where he's been stubborn by playing the same below-par players week in week out. Alonso, Willian and Jorginho of late have all been poor yet seem to play every game.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Alonso I feel his heart is in the right place, he just struggles to play LB, he's better at LWB.
Willian is clearly the top of the most uninterested award as he has been below par practically all season
Jorginho.. don't even get me started on this clown, before you stick up for him actually sit down and see what he does. The answer is absolutely nothing but pass AND even then sometimes his passing is rubbish!? MIKEL was 10 times the player this clown is!!!

Willian is the worst player in our squad until bakayoko comes back.

I'm not convinced with Jorginho but as it's his 1st season, I'm willing to give him time

Azpi doesn't fit the system offensively as he rarely gets forward and makes overlapping runs. But defensively he's brilliant so kinda makes up for it.
Alonso just gets worse every time I watch it. I'm guessing Emerson doesn't impress in training or something as he never seems to get a chance.

And Inter want him now

The players are paid by the club to perform and do their job
Fair play to Sarri for having to balls to slate them and not pandering to their ego’s
The club appointed him and now need to back him and let him clear out the players who ain’t pulling their weight.

HF
I get where you’re coming from, but would you be happy if your boss ripped in to you in front of the rest of your peers? Honestly not the comment that suits the argument
And as I say, he’s pointed out he’s noticed this before the Arsenal match. If that’s true then he’s sent out a message that no matter how poor a player plays he’s not going to get dropped. I think that’s going to be demotivating to the “bullet proof” players in itself.
“Why do I need to knock my pipe out, when I’m guaranteed to start the next game anyway?”
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I know what you’re saying and nobody should not be putting in 100 % every game
Maybe he has tried the softly softly approach and it hasn’t worked
Maybe they should let him smoke on the touch line and he may be calmer

When you hire a coach like Sarri, you need to have the players that can play in his system. Lacking that, sign the right players. If he stays and is backed, you'll do better than you are now. But I did think your clubs owner is that patient not the fanbase willing to wait for it.

Sadly patience is a precious commodity and we can't afford another season out of the CL
If Sarri can get us over the line in that dept we need to support him in his quest....both supporters and board

I gotta confess the "all he does is pass" comment really made me laugh. Reminds me of the people who criticize DDG because all he does is shot stop. It's fine to think that I guess but it's quite funny
Comparing Jorginho to Mikel isn't completely ridiculous (in the same way comparing Xavi & Joe Allen isn't). Both have been retrained from attacking midfielders into deep lying playmakers by managers who wanted to utilize their composure on the ball playing 4-3-3. The difference is Jorginho's quicker, sharper and more intelligent with the ball than Mikel could ever dream of being, he actually progresses attacks because he can release the ball without having the shield off a marker unlike Mikel because he was SOOOO slow. The only thing Mikel has on him is the illusion of better defensive security because he's built but it's just that, an illusion.... people ran off Mikel just as easily as they run off Jorginho today.
When I hear your arguments criticizing Jorginho all I'm hearing is underlining criticisms of Sarri (which is fair enough), he's the one who wants Jorginho to play this role to help keep possession. The games Jorginho deserves criticism for are the ones where he's marked out too easily, like Arsenal for example/he had a bad game, other than that he's doing his job, playing his role, and being scapegoated for it.
