So I hear there was another sickening incident tonight , in Italy and the game was stopped for a few minutes
This sets a dangerous precedent. If fans think the game will be stopped for a bit, what’s to stop them doing it on purpose if their team is under the kosh and use it as a kind of time out??
For me the only answer is for more stewarding and if anyone is caught doing it they are ejected immediately and banned for life. Would soon stop
Racist chants

Yes, lets get together, get a Nicola Sturgeon haircut and be "outraged" about something else.
2019 for you

Imagine points deductions, opposition fans would defiinitely be sneaking in. You wouldnt need to go that far anyway just play behind closed doors. Thats millions in match day revenue lost for the clubs and he fans will soon turn on those costing them watching their team.
Look at the guys who have been publicly shamed and lost their jobs etc, that helps too.

Extra Stewards with bodycams patrolling the stands would help.

You just know if points deductions were the precedent set, then United fans now would be trying to get into Liverpool games chanting racial abuse already.

Games behind closed doors should come before points deductions in my opinion, as this should primarily be a punishment for fans rather than players and coaches.

Good point.

A lot of this is propaganda. I remember recently the TV cameras zoomed in on someone "getting arrested" for [SUPPOSEDLY] singing "Y!dds" or something.
Make no mistake the power of the media, that particular incident could well have been a staged event, meaning involving an actor, an insider. Just to get the message out to the masses. We live in a controlled society. No longer are we free fans. Like it or not freedom of speech > being told what is politically correct.

How ironic coming from a fan of one of most detestable racist teams the game has ever known
