Brilliant to go home for good yesterday, a couple of things I'd like to discuss:
Atmosphere - Very good on the whole, the acoustics in the stadium are excellent and it's really loud when the South Stand gets going. Although I do have a personal negative - my Season Ticket at the old WHL was in the Paxton End, I specifically chose the South Stand for the new one because I wanted to enjoy a better atmosphere. Absolute sods law that my area of the south stand looked about the only area where everyone was sat. My brother and I had an argument with two blokes telling us to sit down.
Performance - Seen many people saying it wasn't a good performance which surprised me. I think we dominated the whole game. 26 shots, 10 on target, 65% possession. When did we last produce stats like that? Our pressing was also very good, we constantly won the ball back and came out on top in 50/50s.
In terms of individual performances, Trippier (who I'm no fan of) had a very good game, as did the rest of the defence. Sissoko and Son were also impressive, Eriksen a lot better than he has been.
Getting home was a bit of a nightmare for me. I live a twenty minute train journey from the stadium and it took me ninety minutes to get home via Northumberland Park, the waiting and the queue was awful. I can't imagine how stressful the journey must've been for those who don't live near the area. Moving forward I'll either walk to Tottenham Hale or hang about with a beer as the queues die down.
Great to get the win and hopefully the stadium becomes a fortress.

Getting to games midweek is a pain for me as I work in London so travel up with thousands of other fans.
However weekend games should be fine as I live near the north circular so can get a bus to Edmonton in 10 mins then a 25 min walk to the ground.

Surely working in London would make it easier to get to midweek games?
It's harder for me, as I live and work in Cambridge.

I made the mistake of getting the bus yesterday. 5pm rush hour traffic and knew it would take an age to reach 7sisters from Hackney so I jumped off and got the train from Stoke Newington.
Getting the bus back was always a slog straight after games so I’ve always stayed behind and had a couple of pints. Let the crowds die down etc.
Looks like the bars inside the ground will remain open for a few hours no matter what time of day the game is.

I'll be doing this from now on.
I left on the 86th minute yesterday but was still queuing at Seven Sisters for like 45 minutes. Saying that, it does take a good 5-6 minutes to get out the ground.
Misses the train I was aiming for so had to wait another 45 mins for the next one.
I had an early start this morning, but I won't be leaving "early" again - it's completely pointless unless you leave on the 75th minute...

Well Victoria line is ok and pretty quick but when I arrive at seven sisters trains are packed, so next time I will walk
If I’m coming from the flat I walk 5 mins to north circular, jump on a bus which takes 10 mins to get to Edmonton, then a 25 minute walk to the ground.

looked to me like the whole stand was standing !! definitely all standing in my area which was towards the top left corner of the stand if you look at it from the Paxton.... I was pleasantly surprised... I thought up there would be sitting
we badly badly badly need some new songs though.... the ones we have are boring and tired
