RLC critiscm

Happy Friday all

Awaiting the incoming usual 1 stars for my articles... to be honest I have to admit even I think they're a bit rubbish but hey we move forward..

Now as I'm sure some of you know I've been really critical of RLC but I'd like to say that hes actually been winning me over in the last month or so. Hes been good since coming on and I've even wanted to see more of him so I'd just like to say i hope he can get more game time and he can continue to grow and become the player alot of you hoped he would become

Hoping for 3 points against West Ham Monday but equally I'd like a good performance again so we can get some positivity amongst the fanbase again!

What DL11 said. I didn't think he'd make it to our level, like Chalobah clearly hasn't, but he's impressed me more and more each time I've seen him this season, there's a maturity to his game that wasn't there before.

Credit has to go to Sarri aswell. You don't improve on the tactical aspects of the game as much as he's done in 8 months without the manager having something to do with it

Sideshow I always felt the academy sides were more balanced without him playing even if he was the best on paper in that age group.

The main case in point was the 2014 youth cup final Vs Fulham , he got subbed off at 2-3 with us all over the place and we went and won 5-3.

Ronnie...why are you so critical of a player that has hardly played, mostly down to injury...?

That said he is looking good & seemingly fit now, so hoping for good things to continue

I don't get why people seem to enjoy kicking him Sheriff. I always thought he was a good player in the academy (although I did think Baker was more dynamic).

For me the only reason people see him as underdeveloped is because the club have never given him a platform to showcase himself.

Never given a chance by us and not given any proper exposure to 1st team football until half way through his 21st year (and even that was at Palace), I think he's done amazingly well to have achieved what he has, in basically just 18 months of top flight football.
