Credit rating

Hello, this is off topic but has anyone here managed to appeal against a company that’s given you terrible credit rating over something that can be described as very stupid? Or managed to find another way to reverse the bad credit score given by the company?

I’m being blocked from getting a mortgage because I didn’t know I had to pay a delivery fee on an item purchased from Very.co.uk 18 months ago which I returned back on the same day I ordered it. I only logged into my account again last month to see I had a £4 fee outstanding that needs paying and it’s severely affected my credit score now.

I’ve got a car finance deal and a phone contract being paid off every month and on time, so I’ve got no idea why something so small is denting my credit score.

Asking for posts mocking mental illness to be removed is perfectly reasonable.

Sigh. I know you don't genuinely believe what you've written. It's just a shame that you have to go about things the way you do. Genuinely kill any thread you're on. If you were to do a poll asking who was more likely to derail a thread, we both know what the results would be, don't we.

If you can’t see that it’s you who caused the derailing of this thread and the thread yesterday then you’re beyond help.

Go back and look at what you posted yesterday. Take step back and think about where that was likely to lead and why I’ve replied the way I have on here.

It amazes me that you want to sit in judgement given the abhorrent things you post on here.

Genuinely amazing.
