Tomorrow we play our perennial bogey team Everton.
Given that we are playing them early in the season (usually they get into their stride after Christmas) I reckon now is the time to break this cycle.
I'm going for 2-0 City
Thoughts??
Everton bogey

They weren't in their stride when we played them in October last year and they still managed to beat us 2-1 in spite of us being all over them.
What I want to see is more clinical finishing and less messing about.

We've put the Spurs hoodoo to bed, no reason why we can't do the same to Everton.

Everton are 12-1 for a 1-0 win City 6-0 for the same score,
I took 3-1 City @ 10-1 and 3-0 City @ 8-1... not been right this season yet only put a fiver on each but you never know. Really got to be winning games like these, just hope Cahill aint playing.... might just bet him for the 1st goal to jinx the pain in the ass!!

If that works double it up with a bet on Gary Neville not to be caught in a bra and knickers shinning up taggarts drainpipe

Form is irrelevant when it comes to this fixture, it used to be the spurs or arsenal games that I used to dread, the derby obviously but against Everton no matter how well we play they seem to pull the rug out from under us, last year at eastlands was like the Alamo for Everton, if it had been a boxing match the ref would have stopped it but but they hung in there and got three points! I remember walkin back to the car feeling exhausted having watched all that effort for no reward!

It could be 5-0 this one - Everton are garbage.
Blackburn had them dead and buried only for the ref to award Everton a soft pen.
Last week they struggled at home to Wigan and managed to grab a late winner.
Got battered by west brom b team in the cup.
City should crush them

Fulham were second from bottom when we played them, and look what happened!
You can't judge a team by their form over their first four games of a season.

Everton have had their best start to the season in donks so I fancy City for this one.

Maybe it will be our turn to win. After all Everton haven't got their favourite ref tomorrow in charge of the game i.e. Lee Mason from Merseyside.
Everton will come and defend deep we have got to be prepared to scrap for ever ball and earn the right to play football. If we get the ball down and ball a fast passing game there is know reason why we shouldn't score a few goals tomorrow.
