With the 22 year old finally returning the faith that many have placed in him with goals goals and more goals! There is an interesting statistic to surface. We have all know for a few seasons now that the kid works tirelessly for team. He runs the channels, he bullies defenders and he links up the play with the runners extremely well, all that was missing was goals!
DCL now has 5 in 5 games for the blues and has reached 10 for the season, but more interestingly DCL has a better goals to minutes ratio than Kane, Rashford, Mane and Jimenez.
Don Carlo has faith in the youngster after scoring the winning goals in his first two games in charge and was quoted as saying after the game that 'if he can continue to improve, he could be one of the best in Europe'

He's playing ahead of Kean as he hasn't cut it thus far. But certainly he will go on to be a much better player and have a much better career. Still time for it to work out at Everton but considering his age and playing in a new country you can understand if he doesnt hit the ground running.

Well, can’t believe Carlo wanted him while in Italy.
Then let’s the club offer him a new and improved deal. We should have been in for golden shoe winner Solanke, not World Cup winning goal scorer DCL.
