It takes more than 10 years to produce match going fans. I'd say about 2-3 minutes initially,

The same seats are empty at most City games because they’ve been sold to travel agents who can’t re sell them.

They should do what other clubs do - Put seats for tourists out of sight of the TV cameras.

Completely right. It’s that and season ticket holders not taking their seats for every game and not selling them on on the ticket exchange. Been having a long discussion about potential ways around that this week in fact.
