Agreed, and was kind of thinking even if the lockdown is eased end of May/start of June then the stats may go up again which would surely put a stop to any football.

That is a really dumb opinion!
He doesn’t want the season played out because of concern that fans will congregate to celebrate their winning the league. Yet he wants them declared champions anyway.
Does he think in that event fans wont want to congregate to celebrate?

Hundreds of people will still be dying every day by 1st July. It's the European sports and promotion/relegation decisions there afraid call. The legal ramifications are enormous. They ease lockdown the death rate will rise again. The fact people still want football back by June is utterly idiotic.
