I see Celtic are being criticised for not fully advertising that you can get a partial refund for your season ticket, and that the process is deliberately difficult.

Despite the possible logistical issues right now with staffing, there probably is a way that this could have been communicated better with the fans-they’re not slow in emailing about buying some of the clothing online. It’s a bit half hearted, although at least the option of getting a refund is there.

I'm being very pessimistic about this refund thing. I only know about it because I read it on here. the fact you have to print a form and send it tells me they are making it as difficult as possible to do.

As Magnum said they are treating us like customers so I will act like a customer. Head over heart.

Players on £20k plus a week - they can afford to refund me and my kid. At the end of the day it will go towards the new top or EL/CL group stage tickets

I think they’re doing it to protect themselves from having to refund as much as possible, which I completely understand, but there will be a fair number of fans that would make use of that money right now. No matter what, someone somewhere would find a reason to criticise, but they could have at least been more transparent about the option being there.
