I remember thinking similar years ago when they decided to build those flats and houses on the site of the old Irn Bru factory, but they sold fairly quickly.
There’s always going to be a market for new houses, and who says that those neighbours will be there forever...

Despite the possible logistical issues right now with staffing, there probably is a way that this could have been communicated better with the fans-they’re not slow in emailing about buying some of the clothing online. It’s a bit half hearted, although at least the option of getting a refund is there.

They should be making it easier but then again I look at how airlines are reacting whilst sat on £7bn of customers money and that's far worse.
I'm being very pessimistic about this refund thing. I only know about it because I read it on here. the fact you have to print a form and send it tells me they are making it as difficult as possible to do.
As Magnum said they are treating us like customers so I will act like a customer. Head over heart.
Players on £20k plus a week - they can afford to refund me and my kid. At the end of the day it will go towards the new top or EL/CL group stage tickets

I think they’re doing it to protect themselves from having to refund as much as possible, which I completely understand, but there will be a fair number of fans that would make use of that money right now. No matter what, someone somewhere would find a reason to criticise, but they could have at least been more transparent about the option being there.
