Why the furrk aren't the super English Champions on the list in their own right?
Arteta has beaten every single big team since becoming Arsenal manager. We also have a striker that plays more often and scores more often than Formino and Kane. We have a better chance than Spurs.

City to win it imo they have the best squad, while Pool (and United) will still be dragged along by the officials, a few key injuries to Pool and they will suffer. Sooner or later Pool`s good luck with injuries will end, but I suspect they will once again by helped out by the refs when they need it, so it would e foolish to dismiss them totally.

OK well clearly I'm in the minority here. I guess Chelsea have spent 200 million or so to battle with Lester and Wolves for top 4 again. Money well spent.
