Date: Sunday 4th October
Kick off: 14.00
Venue: Molineux
On Sunday Wolves welcome Fulham to Molineux for their 4th game of the season.
Coming 7 days after their dreadful display resulting in a 4-0 drubbing at West Ham, expectations will be high with the newly arrived players bedding in to Nuno’s system and becoming more accustomed to their new team mates.
Fulham played Aston Villa at Craven Cottage on Monday, the result being a 3-0 loss for the home side.
Prior to that, The Cottagers suffered a 3-0 home loss to Arsenal and a 4-3 loss away at Leeds. They currently find themselves bottom of the league on goal difference.
Wolves are just 4 places above them in 16th by virtue of the 3 points earned at Sheffield United.
With both sides needing a win to restore confidence this game is going to come down to who wants it more. On paper Wolves have the superior squad assembled at considerable expense and should be favourites for the win.
But then, that’s what they said about playing West Ham too!!
The game will be shown live on Sky Sports

Just reading that the Royal Albert Hall are selling tickets for pre xmas concerts where capacity will be limited to less than 60%
How can that be allowed to proceed in an indoor venue but nobody is allowed to watch a football match outdoors

The elite can behave at a concert while football fans can't?

Actually just checked, only 11 teams of 32 in the NFL allow a small percentage of fans thus far

It's not just at the ground. It's the public transport that will be packed with fans going to games. The pubs in the city centres will get busy with fans going to the games and those who want the matchday atmosphere.
When you add all that up across 92 teams or 46 games across the country, that is a massive amount of people. Much more risk than a concert at one venue, but who is to say that concert will be allowed to go ahead at that point anyway.
