Fulham were awful last night. If we can't beat them at home we will be in trouble.

Ahh, but you're forgetting that Wolves, traditionally, have a role of providing teams who have been a terrible run of form with a temporary respite by gifting them points. You just can't break with tradition.

I think the worry will be Mitrovic pushing onto Coady. Mitrovic has bullied him before and they will have surely looked at how Antonio bullied him and Saiss at the weekend.

They also have a former player in Cavaleiro. So he is guaranteed to score.

No Wolves players in Garth Crooks' team of the week. Hard to believe. I think almost half of our team on Sunday deserved at least a 5/10.

All the team except Patricio.

Rumours going round that Dendoncker is on his way out now. Not sure if there is anything in them.

Unless there is a better replacement on his way in that would definitely be a bad move.

Like a stopped clock Garth is right for once.

Nuno has a full week to work and prepare with his new players and integrate them in to his "idea". Fulham have been pretty shocking at the back so far and Im sure Parker will try to protect his back four somehow to prevent another drubbing. At the other end as mentioned by Tam, Mitrovic has a history of bullying our CBs and they have some decent attacking players across their front line as well as the Serbian battering ram.

Expecting a big improvement from our boys though.

Dont know about that Dendoncker rumour, saw it on mol mix earlier. We certainly have looked a better side with him in there of late. Would be surprised and disappointed if its true.

The Dendoncker rumour had come from the same comedian that said Semedo had turned Wolves down and was signing for Man Utd

Hopefully another false rumour is the one in the Spanish press today that Real Madrid were lining up a bid to bring in Raul Jimenez this week

No chance Dendoncker is leaving unless he himself is asking to go.

As for Fulham, no excuses, they have been awful defensively so we need to get our attack kickstarted in this one.

It was a bit weird he wasn't brought on in the game at the weekend though. Must be the first game in 18 months that he hasn't been involved in.

And it was absolutely crying out for him - I was surprised he didn't come on at half time, let alone at any point.

Yeah that was a little strange, it was clear at the half he was needed.

I think Dendoncker offers more than Moutinho nowadays and it will be a surprise if he isn’t back in the starting 11 soon

Transfer deadline is next Monday and Wolves still getting linked with forwards and midfielders. Douglas Costa still getting mentioned although he is linked with most clubs in Europe and its clear Juventus want to sell. Thomas Lemar another one still in the rumour mill but he is evidently on over £100k per week which may be a barrier. Latest name being linked is Idrissi of AZ Alkmaar who would come at a more moderate price but is also being linked with Seville and Roma

Feels like we have hung around a while and watched most of our targets get picked off. What we are doing now is the equivalent of a lap of the night club at 3am to see if anyone is up for it.

I think Donk should really have come on at about the hour, just after their 2nd goal. Nuno didn't do that but instead bought on Silva for Traore. A few minutes later they got their 3rd goal and at that point I think it was too late for Donk to turn things around and Nuno was thinking a little experimentally with Hoever and Vitinha. Unfortunately, they weren't able to do very much and, for the first time in months, I thought heads dropped amongst our more experienced players.

I do think Donk will start on Sunday though. Agree that Moutinho is looking a bit jaded, though it's much too early to write him off.

Villa signed Barkley?!?! They seem to be having a much more sensible window this time around.

agree, I think he might have been a a reasonable bet for us.

Man City apparently want to sell Zinchenko to allow them to bring in another dedicated left back. Wouldn't be at all surprised to see us go back in for him given we've tried to do so before. He seems to be able to cover the same positions as maitland niles so clearly a combination we or were interested in, and might give us something a bit different to what we currently have in midfield.
