Kane dived in that game, but not for the penalty.
What he did for the penalty is something he does quite often. He waits for the opponent to jump, then moves into the opponent, bends over and makes it look like he was fouled. In reality he is the one commiting the foul, has no intention of playing the ball and is not holding his ground. He always gets the decision, so fair play.
Refs are a bit oblivious to it, but it is beginning to get attention on social media and now the actual media, so they may cotton on soon.

You're right that it's weird they focus on the pen and not the tackle later where he went down with minimal contact. I do think it was a pen. I also think he dived later though. All strikers do it.

When u see real or athletico players they take it to another level though. They borderline cheat without hesitation.

Leciester go under the radar when it comes to penalties.

Vardy is as bad as Salah or Fernandes when it comes to diving.
