Ok looks like the embargo for PS5 reviews is over and people are now free to share their thoughts and experiences with the next gen console.
Most of them seem pretty mundane, and the presentation comes across with about as much enjoyment as a health an safety meeting.

One surprise to me is that last gen games load faster on the xbox, despite the PS5's super fast SSD. I'm sure this is down to better optimised backward compatibility on the xbox. As the next gen Spiderman has been shown to load in around ten seconds on the PS5. which is lightening fast.

The more I read about the new controller the more the better it sounds, really hope developers utilise it to it's full capabilities with future games.

I have heard nothing but great things about the controller. So much so that I even thought about making a specific article for it.
It really seems like a huge leap forward, and is a real gamechanger for the user. Sony really have nailed it with the PS5.

I read you can't move ps5 games from the ssd to another storage device but you can do this for ps4 games weirdly enough.
Xbox isn't restricted in this way..
Apparently it was done on purpose by Sony and will be resolved in a firmware update.

Be fantastic in games with such varied weapons and terrain like Red Dead if it were developed purely for PS5. Hunting/stalking with the bow and arrow feeling so different to blowing someone away up close with a shotgun, walking through deep mud/water etc.

I think the closest someone has got to explaining it in words. was saying Sony must be using some kind of Voodoo magic.
Which may not tell you much, but it does tell you it is not something we have seen before. At least not to this level.
