Date: Tuesday 15h December
Kick off: 18.00
Venue: Molineux
On Tuesday Wolves welcome Chelsea to Molineux.
On their last visit to the Golden Palace, Chelsea recorded a comfortable 5-2 victory with Tammy Abraham scoring 4 goals, 3 for Chelsea and 1 for Wolves, making him the first player in Premier League history to score a hattrick and an own goal in the same game. Wolves other goal was scored by Patrick Cutrone. The game was Nuno Espirito Santo’s 300th game of his managerial career.
The Wolves squad that day included 9 players who for one reason or another will not be making an appearance in this game. Jimenez and Jonny are injured, Cutrone, Gibbs-White and Vinagre are out on loan, Jota, Doherty and Vallejo have all left the club.
Wolves go into this game following Saturday’s home loss to Aston Villa which saw Nuno continue with his recently favoured four at the back set-up. 19 year-old striker Fabio Silva was given the chance to lead the line in the absence of Raul Jimenez and surely did enough to get another chance in this game. Joao Moutinho will not feature having earned a 1 match suspension by picking up a second yellow card in the dying minutes of the Villa game.
On Saturday evening Chelsea travelled to Goodison Park to take on Everton who are now led by Chelsea ex-manager, Carlo Ancelotti. The outcome was the same as the earlier Wolves game, a 1-0 loss thanks to a needless penalty.
At the time of writing Chelsea sit in 3rd place in the table with 22 points. Wolves are currently in 12th place with 17 points. However by kick off time on Tuesday both teams will probably be one or two places lower.
The game will be shown live on Amazon Prime

As for tonight, I think it will be a great experience for Silva to start against Chelsea, dont reckon much to his chances of opening his goal account but we'll need some kind of target up against the likes of Zouma and Thiago Silva. They have pace and power out wide, Ive been quite impressed with Reece James in recent games he looks a decent player for his age. With him and Chilwell there's certainly a case for going with a back five again. Another keeper in good form too, Mendy has settled them down defensively. Under the circumstances this might be a bit of a free hit, but if we're to get anything out of the game we'll need to sharpen up around their box.

Grealish due in court today to be sentenced for careless driving following his crash during the first lockdown in March. By escaping from the scene he did avoid an additional charge of drink driving. He also faces a charge for driving dangerously on the m40 at 90 mph
Surprised they aren’t also charging him for careless diving

Daft was clocked doing 98 on the M42 after tailgating people near Bodymoor Heath in October whilst this court hearing was pending. And this whilst he already had 6 points on his licence from previous speeding offences. Should have slung him Winson Green for a couple of months.

It's week old news now but must admit it didnt register with me that both San Marino and Andorra are in England's qualifying group. Four utterly pointless fixtures for England but as they'll have to play each other, one will probably have their most successful campaign yet.

Chelsea gave Danny Drinkwater a run out with their U23s today. He was sent off for kicking out at a 16 year old. That was £35m well spent by Chelsea then
