In all seriousness...The only way Ralph leaves is if the owners start dismantling the club and stop backing him.
They backed him big-time with new players and when the team were at their lowest ebb, that counts for alot.

At the point where Southampton lost to Leicester 0-9, they had only won 2 in 10 league matches.
Defeats continued even after the Leicester hammering.
Most other managers would have certainly been fired with such form...takes some guts to believe Ralph could turn it around from there, indebted to them for that.
